YOUR ITINERARY
Days 1 & 2: UK to Buenos Aires
Fly overnight to Buenos Aires and transfer to
the 4-star Park Elegance Kempinski Hotel for
2 nights.
Day 3: Buenos Aires
South America’s largest city is both exuberant
and stylish. Grand boulevards with impressive
architecture and elegant houses combine with
narrow cobblestone streets in the 46 barrios
or districts that make up the city.
Day 4: Norwegian Sun
Transfer to the port and board Norwegian Sun
for the start of your thrilling South American
cruise.
Day 5: Montevideo, Uruguay
With its sweeping waterfront, beautiful parks
and white sandy beaches, Uruguay’s capital
is a wonderful place to explore. Make time for
a stroll in the old town with its Spanish
colonial architecture including the 18th
century Estevez Palace.
Day 6: At Sea
Day 7: Puerto Madryn, Argentina
Founded by settlers from Wales in the 19th
century, Puerto Madryn is known as the
Galapagos of the East Coast due to its
amazing wildlife. Visit the Peninsula Values
Reserve to see sea lions, elephant seals and
Magellan penguin's in their natural habitat.
Day 8: At Sea
Day 9: Stanley, Falkland Islands
Life in the capital of these small and remote
islands in the South Atlantic is a world away
from the crowds, neon lights and streets usually
associated with city life. Shore excursions
explore the maritime history of the islands and
tour the battlefields from the 1982 conflict.
Day 10: Cruising Cape Horn
A thrilling day is in store as the ship rounds
Cape Horn, the southernmost tip of Chile’s
Tierra del Fuego archipelago.
Day 11: Ushuaia, Argentina & the Beagle
Channel
Ushuaia is the world’s southernmost town and
the gateway to the Tierra del Fuego national
park. This afternoon the ship cruises through
the blue waters of the Beagle Channel, passing
through narrow sounds, past dramatic
mountains and mighty glaciers.

Day 12: Punta Arenas, Chile
Once one of the busiest ports on earth, Punta
Arenas is known as the city at the end of the
world. From here you’ll be able to take an
optional shore excursion including a landing
in Antarctica.
Day 13: Cruising the Straits of Magellan
Cruise through the dark waters of the Magellan Straits that separate the South American
continent from the island of Tierro del Fuego.
Day 14: Cruising the Chilean Fjords,
Patagonic Channels & the Canal Moraleda
Sail north through an area of breathtaking
fjords, dramatic mountains and awe-inspiring
glaciers.
Day 15: Puerto Chacabuco, Chile
Situated on the wild-west fjordland coast
where the Patagonian ice sheets tumble
into the sea, Puerto Chacabuco is a remote
settlement offering the untouched natural
beauty.
Llanquihue covering a staggering 339 square
miles.
Day 16: Puerto Montt, Chile
Puerto Montt is your gateway to Chile’s
magnificent Lake District, including Lake Llanquihue covering a staggering 339 square
miles.
Day 17: At Sea
Day 18: Santiago, Chile
Disembark and transfer to the 4-star Radisson
Ciudad Empresarial Hotel for 2 nights.
Day 19: Santiago, Chile
Plaza de Armas is a good place to start your
exploration of the Chilean capital, where
you’ll find lovely colonial architecture and the
spectacular San Cristobal Hill, topped by a
massive statue of the Virgin Mary.
Day 20: Santiago to the UK
Transfer to the airport for the overnight flight to
