Days 1 - 3: UK to Auckland
Take the overnight flight to Auckland and on
arrival transfer to the 4-star Grand Chancellor
Hotel for 2 nights.
Days 4 & 5: Auckland
New Zealand’s largest city enjoys a wonderful
location, surrounded by beautiful bays and
beaches. Witness superb panoramic views
from the volcanic peak of Mount Eden; take a
stroll along the Waterfront Drive and visit the
Auckland Museum for an introduction to
Maori culture.
Day 5: ms Volendam
Transfer to the port to join your ship for the
start of your 14 night cruise.
Day 6: At Sea

Rich with native culture and tradition,
Tauranga is your gateway to Rotorua, a
geothermal wonderland and the heart of
Maori culture. Explore the bubbling mud
pools, thermal springs and spectacular

Reserve and see the sub-tropical fruit

Day 8: Napier, New Zealand
The largest port on Hawke’s Bay, Napier
enjoys a beautiful setting, a Mediterranean climate and the world’s finest collection of Art
Deco buildings.
Day 9: Wellington, New Zealand
Nestled between steep hills, the harbour and
the narrow Cook Strait, New Zealand’s capital
city is compact and easy to explore on foot.
Take a stroll along the bustling waterfront with
its beaches, marinas and restored warehouses.
Day 10: Picton, New Zealand
Begin the day cruising Queen Charlotte Sound
and Captain Cook Ship Cove before reaching
Picton in the late morning.

atmosphere to the place with its Victorian

Day 12: Dunedin, New Zealand

Day 13: Fjordland National Park
Enjoy a day of breathtaking scenery as the ship
cruises through the heart of the Fjordland
National Park an area of snow-capped mountains, roaring rivers filled with ice and
the geological wonders of Milford Sound.
Days 14 - 15: At Sea

Burnie is set on the northern shore of the
Australian island of Tasmania. Learn about the
island’s fascinating wildlife and see hand-fed
Tasmanian Devils at the Trowunna Wildlife
Park.
Day 17: Melbourne, Australia
Colonial buildings, grand avenues, beautiful
parks and colourful trams can all be found in
Melbourne, Australia’s second-largest city.
Day 18: At Sea
Day 19: Sydney, Australia
Disembark this morning and transfer to the
Travelodge Wynyard for 2 nights.
Day 20: Sydney, Australia
The billowing sail-like roof of the Opera
House and the huge arc of Sydney Harbour
Bridge are the signature landmarks of Australia’s
most exciting city. You’ll find great
shopping, relaxation at Bondi Beach and the
numerous attractions at Darling Harbour to
name just a few of the famous sights.
Days 21 & 22: Sydney to the UK
Transfer to the airport for your return overnight
