Day 1: UK to Seattle
Fly to Seattle and transfer to the 4-star Grand Hyatt Hotel for a 2 night stay.

Day 2: Seattle
Seattle enjoys one of the most beautiful settings of any American city, sitting on a slim isthmus between Puget Sound to the west and Lake Washington to the east. Explore historic Pioneer Square with its art galleries, antique shops and cafes; see the totem poles in Occidental Park and take a close-up view of the 605 foot high Space Needle.

Day 3: Norwegian Star
Transfer to the port to join Norwegian Star for the start of your Alaskan adventure.

Day 4: Cruise the Inside Passage
Look out for eagles soaring above, sea lions, bears and migrating whales as you cruise one of the most scenic stretches of water in the world. The Inside Passage boasts 600 miles of beautiful fjords, mountains, remote islands and dramatic glaciers.

Day 5: Ketchikan, Alaska
Memories of the pioneering Gold Rush days live on in the lively frontier town of Ketchikan, where shops and former ‘bawdy houses’ have been restored. Learn the history of totem poles and the myths and legends surrounding their colourful carvings at the ethnic museum at nearby Totem Bight.

Day 6: Juneau, Alaska
Alaska’s state capital is only accessible by sea or air. It’s a fascinating city with narrow streets, a bustling waterfront and snow-capped mountains. See the turn-of-the-century shops and saloons; visit one of the excellent museums and try your hand at gold panning.

Day 7: Skagway, Alaska
The Gold Rush led to a huge boom in Skagway’s population, from just 2 people in 1887 to 20,000 residents 10 years later. See the restored buildings and wooden sidewalks of this golden era in the historic district and take a ride on the White Pass & Yukon railroad, a steam-hauled narrow-gauge train that chugs its way through spectacular scenery.

Day 8: Prince Rupert, British Columbia
Set on a beautiful fjord-cut coastline and ringed by mountains, Prince Rupert is a picturesque port. Visit the excellent Museum of Northern British Columbia or perhaps take a boat trip to the off shore islands for a view of the region’s magnificent wildlife.

Day 9: At Sea

Day 10: Seattle to Las Vegas
Disembark in Seattle and transfer to the airport for the flight to Las Vegas. Transfer to the 4-star Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino for 4 nights.

Days 11-13: Las Vegas
There’s no city quite like Las Vegas - roulette wheels spin, cards are dealt and neon lights glitter in the Nevada desert for 24 hours a day,every day. Take a walk down the Strip, a 4 mile stretch of fantasy hotels, casinos, nightclubs, restaurants and shops; spend time at one of the thrilling theme parks; and an evening at a star-studded show - this really is the entertainment capital of the world.

Days 14 & 15: Las Vegas to the UK
Transfer to the airport for the overnight return flight to the UK.
